However, we do offer refunds if you are not satisfied with your product. We will work with you to resolve any issues and process a refund if needed.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email at angela@julbudranch.com within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product.Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the account used at the time of purchase.
Shipping
