Cancellation Policy

Reservations Required All ranch tours must be booked in advance through our website. Walk-ins are not available. Public & Private Tours Public tours may include multiple families or groups combined into one tour. Both public and private tours are limited to 10 guests total, including adults, children, and infants. Arrival Time Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Tours begin promptly and late arrivals may miss part of the experience. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations with 48+ hours notice may be rescheduled or refunded. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable. Weather Policy Tours take place outdoors. If severe weather or unsafe conditions occur, tours may be rescheduled or cancelled for safety. Guests will be offered a reschedule or refund. Children Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Children under 5 must have an adult hold their hand when interacting with animals. Animal Safety Our ranch is home to working animals. All interactions must follow the guide’s instructions to ensure safety for guests and animals. Biosecurity To protect the health of our animals, all guests must use the shoe washing stations before interacting with animals. No Pets Pets are not allowed on the property. What to Wear Please wear closed-toe shoes and appropriate outdoor clothing. Surfaces may be uneven, muddy, or dusty. Photography Photos or video taken during tours may be used for our website, social media, or promotional materials. We make every effort not to post identifiable images of children’s faces for their protection, and will cover faces when needed. Please notify us before the tour if you prefer not to appear in photos. Liability & Assumption of Risk By visiting the ranch, guests acknowledge the inherent risks of a working farm, including animal interactions (which may involve biting, kicking, or unpredictable behavior), uneven terrain, mud, manure, fences, farm equipment, insects, and changing weather conditions. Guests assume all risks associated with the visit and agree to follow all safety instructions. By participating, guests agree to release and hold harmless the ranch, its owners, and operators from liability for injury, loss, or damage, except in cases of gross negligence. Reservation Holder Agreement The person making the reservation agrees to these policies on behalf of all members of their group.
