Cancellation Policy

By scheduling and receiving nail trimming services, the pet owner acknowledges and agrees to the following: I am not a licensed veterinarian, veterinary technician, or professional groomer. Nail trimming services are provided based on personal experience and practical handling skills, not formal veterinary or grooming certification. While every effort is made to ensure a calm, safe, and positive experience, animals can be unpredictable. Nail trimming carries inherent risks, including but not limited to stress, accidental quicking, bleeding, scratching, biting, or injury to the pet or handler. I am not responsible for reactions or complications that may occur during or after the service. The pet owner confirms that their pet is healthy enough to receive nail trimming services and agrees to disclose any known behavioral concerns, medical conditions, injuries, or sensitivities prior to the appointment. Aggressive or highly stressed animals may not be able to be safely serviced, and I reserve the right to stop or refuse service at any time for the safety of all involved. The pet owner assumes full responsibility for their pet before, during, and after the service and releases me from liability for injury, illness, or damages that may occur as a result of the nail trimming service. By allowing in-home nail trimming services, the pet owner gives informed consent for handling their pet and understands that results may vary based on the animal’s behavior and tolerance.
