The cucumbers in these jars are obtained from our garden. We do not use herbicides or pesticides on our vegetables, so these pickles are organic. We follow the canning safety guidelines, recipies, and practices found in the Ball Home Canning and Preserving book.
 
Ingredients in each jar: Boston or A&C pickling cucumbers, yellow onions, vinegar, ground mustard, ground turmeric, celery seeds
