Farm Update

I hope you all had a lovely Thanksgiving. Craig and I traveled to Washington DC to visit my mom for the week of Thanksgiving and explored our nations capital.

But now that we're back home I have a lot to do in the next couple of weeks! The Millcreek Public Market is still going strong and I'll be restocking once or twice more before it ends on December 24th.

This week I have to prep and stock up for the Craft Lake City Holiday Market at Union Station in Ogden that will be on December 6th & 7th.

That will wrap up markets for me for the year.

You may remember that we lost our dog, Trigger, in the spring. Craig and I are starting to look at adding a new dog to our home in the near future, so be on the lookout for puppy pictures on our social media platforms soon!

In CSA news: Last year's CSA members have had a change to register for the 2025 season and I'm opening registration up to the public tomorrow! December 1st! So if you have been wanting to join our CSA, now is your chance!

I made some changes to the upcoming CSA. Here are the changes that will be made for next season:

• I am switching to bi-monthly memberships only. This seems to be what the majority of families sign up for and it's easier on me.

• I have increased the number of memberships to 20!

• I'm switching from a model where I select what items you get in your bag each week, to one where I will stock our fridges with what is available, and your membership will determine how many items you can select each week. Right now the options are going to be 4 items, 6 items, 8 items, or 10 items. This way you'll always get exactly what you want. And you will be able to select multiples of items if you wish.

• There will be a pricing structure based on the number of items you sign up for.

In goat news: I was contacted by someone who is interested in purchasing all three of our baby goats. The details haven't been totally finalized yet, but if we move forward, it looks like our three amigos will be going to the same home to be pets, which makes me happy.
